My Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Stevia
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 T cinamon
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed mill or seeds (modified)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • nuts?
  • choc chips?
  • milk?

 

 

Blend first 5 ingredients together in a food processor or blender. (I used a Magic Bullet.) Mix with other ingredients, form into cookie shapes, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Cook 6 minutes at 375 F.
