- 6 cups rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Stevia
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 T cinamon
- 1/4 cup flaxseed mill or seeds (modified)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
- nuts?
- choc chips?
- milk?
Blend first 5 ingredients together in a food processor or blender. (I used a Magic Bullet.) Mix with other ingredients, form into cookie shapes, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Cook 6 minutes at 375 F.
